A weekend to discover yoga, Qi Gong and meditation or to perfect your daily practice. Breathing techniques, yoga posture (asanas) taught in the morning will prepare the evening meditation session.

This program includes:
• a welcome drink upon arrival
• accommodation in a room with ‘Greensleep’ mattress, shower, with bathrobes provided.

• 2 organic 3 course dinners (excluding beverages)
• unlimited access to Spa with heated outdoor hydrotherapy pool, steam baths, saunas, Whirlpool, gym and indoor swimming pool.
• 1 Yoga session (60 min.), Saturday at 10 am
• 1 meditation session based on Zen meditation (60 min.), Saturday at 6 pm
• 1 Qi Gong class (60 min.), Sunday at 10 am

Description

The practice of Yoga uses asanas or postures to release tension and make you more aware of your body. The asanas work best when practiced in conjunction with Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and meditation.

Zazen is a seated form of meditation. It is at the heart of the Zen and is practiced by paying special attention to posture, breathing and the coming and going of thoughts.

Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese art for improving the circulation of energy around the body by practising slow, fluid movements.
