A comprehensive program to discover the benefits of Ayurveda.In Sanskrit, the literal meaning of Ayurveda is “science of life”, but it is best described in English as the art of living. It is a system of holistic natural medicine, found in the Vedic texts of ancient India dating from 3500 BC. Ayurveda is essentially about living in a balanced way where the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual aspects of life are all in harmony with one another. During these programs expert practitioners will devise bespoke treatment programs to meet your individual needs. A complete program covers diet, detox and various cleansing techniques, Yoga and breathing exercises, meditation, the use of herbal remedies, massage and other holistic practices.

Consultant Ayurvedic Medical Practitioner - Director & Clinic Manager
Dr. Palitha Serasinghe is a world renowned Ayurvedic Practitioner, Teacher and a Researcher with experience over 25 years.
Along with being the Director of Royal Ayurveda (Dubai), he is the Director of K’s Ayurveda Laboratory (UK) as well as an Ayurvedic Consultant of Ominedo Pharmaceuticals (Japan).
Currently holding a post as a Principal Lecturer & Assistant Director (Curriculum & Research) at the College of Ayurveda (UK), he has also taught at the Institute of Indigenous Medicine, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka and published many articles and papers in various academic journals.
Palitha Serasinghe studied in the Royal College (Colombo) and holds a D.A.M.S degree with First Class Honors from the University of Colombo and PhD in Medicine and Pharmacology at the Toyama Medical and Pharmaceutical University in Japan.
