Active Forest Discovery
A week to discover the benefits of the forest and breathe the pure air of the Northern Vosges.Dates :

Arrival on Monday from 3 pm – Departure on Saturday noon
Length : 5 days 5 nights
This program includes:
• a welcome drink
• accommodation in a room with ‘Greensleep’ mattress, shower, with bathrobes provided.
• daily organic breakfast buffet
• 2 take away lunches
• 3 course dinners (excluding beverages).
• two days of guided walk (10 to 15 km) in the Natural Park of Northern Vosges, classified as Biosphere Reserve on Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 7 pm
• a guided tour of the village of La Petite Pierre on Monday from 5 to 7 pm
• a Nordic walking initiation (90 min.) on Wednesday from 10am to 12
• a guided walk through the forest to discover plants and herbs from the forest and an introduction on how to use these as herbal remedies (90 min.) on Friday from 3 pm to 4.30 pm
• a cooking class using wild plants (90 min.) on Friday from 4.30 to 8 pm
• 4 ‘Bol d’Air Jacquier’ revitalizing oxygenation sessions (3 to 5 min)
• access to the Spa looking out onto the forest with steam baths, saunas, whirlpool, outdoor heated hydrotherapy pool, and indoor swimming pool, fitness room.
What should I take ?
Comfortable clothes. Walking or trekking shoes. A waterproof outfit.
